Following a competition, the government appointed Palm Invest EOOD as a concessionaire for the beach "Bourgas-North".
Price from 1 stotinka for umbrella and the same price for sun bed (excluding VAT) in the area for paid beach accessories has offered the company.
The concession contract is for 20 years, during which time the concessionaire undertakes to make investments in the amount of 90 000 BGN without VAT for each year of the concession term.
The concession contract shall enter into force on January 1st, 2018.
"The cheapest beach" in Bulgaria so far has been "Nestinarka", offering an umbrella and sun bed price of 36 stotinki. It turned out, however, that the 6 Lev per shawl is obligatory.
It remains to be seen the new commercial practices in Bourgas.
