Bourgas Regional Inspectorate had two penalties each in 20 000 Lev for Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas.
Fines are under the Law for protection of the environment - for failure to comply with conditions in the IPPC permit.
A month ago, Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas was jerked nearly 370 000 Lev fine. The Neft company release more than allowable emissions, said then RIEWs.
