Two Burgas apartments, as well as one in Nesebar, have sneaked into the Top 10 of luxurious Bulgarian properties. This is the first time three Southern Black Sea Coast properties enter the ranking.
The Nesebar apartment is placed 5th, while the Burgas apartments are ranked 7th and 10th.
The apartment in Nesebar is priced at 470,500 EUR and is located on the fifth floor of a hotel complex. Its gross floor area is 298sq.m.
A 194sq.m multi-room Lazur apartment is ranked 7th, costing 240,000 EUR.
