38 unemployed from municipality of Ruen are working as guards fifth month in 17 settlements in the municipality. They are assigned to a program for long-term unemployed and preserve public order for 8 months.
National Programme "Security" started its implementation in June this year. The program aims to reduce unemployment in communities with high unemployment.
