Bourgas Revenue Agency announced a public auction building on the street Sheynovo №8.
Sold a total of 42 offices, the prices are more than reasonable. Square meter starts at around 350 EUR and the building is in the city center.
The offices are spent again at auction and their prices have fallen by 33% from the first public sale.
Bids will be opened on August 17nth at 10.30 am, in the building of the Territorial Directorate - Bourgas.
