Since the beginning of the month by order of Mayor Dimitar Nikolov was formed and operates a joint group involving experts from the municipal department "Organization and traffic safety" and section "Traffic police".
Their task is to track statistics, explore the places where most accidents happen on the road, should analyze the causes. The finishing touch in their work will be to propose measures to further secure these potentially dangerous points on the map of the city to be provided the necessary funding in the budget for 2017.
The working group will give their professional opinion whether and where there is need for installing new road signs, more lighting, railings, speed limitation signs.
