Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation built two wooden platforms that meet the requirements of all residential pelicans - paved with reed bundles, they are distant from the shore and from any human activity.
To attract the birds is engaged sculptor Nikolai Todorov, who set up two mock of White Pelicans.
The idea is to attract the real to the platforms where even can raise their offspring.
