Realtors in Bourgas reported about 6% less deals from January to June compared to the first six months of 2016, but at the same time a price increase of almost 25-30%.
However, according to some brokers, the picture is different. According to them, demand, supply and property prices in Bourgas have remained stable since the beginning of 2017.
