Lovers of Christmas decorations can buy natural trees at a cost of 15 to 100 Lev.
According to traders more and more people prefer a real tree to the artificial, especially preferred are those in the pot, because then the buyers can sow them.
Kiro Mavrudiev, trader, says that to date he has sold over 400 trees and he is sharing, that most of his clients are Russians.
Regional Directorate of Forestry reported that it do not yet have information on the number of felled trees. "Judging by the plates sold for tree, perhaps they are beyond 1500," said Venelin Radkov, director of RFA - Bourgas.
He advised people who have bought Christmas trees in pots to look more carefully for them, because the trees are under stress in an unnatural environment.
