Bourgas tax institution has attended for a public sale 6 apartments in Sunny Beach - East.
They are located at both entrances to the block 1, and four of the homes are duplexes. The initial auction price of apartments - 48 thousand Lev, 53 thousand Lev, 69 thousand Lev, 80 thousand Lev, 90 thousand Lev and 108 thousand Lev.
Property inspection will be carried out every day from 21 to 27 August and the bids will be opened on September 2nd at 11 am in the Territorial office - Bourgas.
