Bourgas Revenue Agency is earning public debt auction because the non paid owners of famous Villa complex "Calabria" in Sveti Vlas.
Here is a description of the property:
1. A32 apartment with an area of 109.15 square meters, of which living area of 65.34 square meters, adjacent parts of 8.76 square meters and roof terrace 35.05 m2 - price 130 980 Lev
2. A26 apartment with an area of 69.42 square meters, of which living area of 61.10 square meters and adjacent parts of 8.32 square meters - price 83 304 Lev
3. apartment B1 with an area of 52.68 square meters, of which living area of 45.87 square meters and adjacent parts of 6.81 square meters - 63 216 Lev
Bids for participation in the tender should be submitted to the NRA - Territorial Directorate of Bourgas - also from 4 to January 15.
The opening of proposals will take place on January 20th.
