The largest Bulgarian manufacturer of cables "Elkabel" is ready to begin construction of its new plant in Bourgas,
about which it announced plans one year ago. The total investment for the new facility will exceed 35 million EUR.
The new plant will be built on the crossroad of "Lukoil Neftochim", at the corner of the internal road that leads to Dolno Ezerovo. It will work alongside the current plant on "Edirne" Str. in Bourgas, only some part of the new equipment will be moved to the newly built plant.
Another 100 employees plans to hire "Elkabel" with the increased volume of work. So with the previous 300 currently working in the enterprise, the general staff will swell to about 400 people.
