Another illegal tour operator company was denounced by the Commission for Consumer Protection,
after an urgent inquiry into the signal of the Bourgas Regional Tourist Chamber.
Upon inspection it becomes clear that the company Eleksus Travel Ltd. has not issued permission for tour operator activities from the Ministry of Tourism, there are not met the requirements for suitable premises in which to conduct business, there is no information about the company before and in the office, people operating there are without proper education and training and there are a number of other violations. It was found out that Eleksus Travel Ltd. did not provide to their clients prior to the conclusion of contracts with customers for passport and visa requirements, deadlines for obtaining the necessary documents and information for medical and health conditions associated with travel.
