More than 20 properties on the Southern Black sea coast, at very attractive prices announced for public sale the National Revenue Agency in Bourgas.
The ultimate measure applies to debtors who have not taken any action for repayment, including the stages of arrears to the state budget.
The properties are apartments and office spaces and they are located in Aheloy, Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Sveti Vlas. The prices per square meter are very attractive. For example, apartment in Nessebar was announced with a price of 650 Lev per square meter.
