Commission for Protection of Competition has accused six companies that participate in the cartel.
These are the companies "Lukoil Bulgaria" EOOD, "Eco Bulgaria" JSC, "Shell Bulgaria" EAD, "OMV Bulgaria" OOD, "Nis Petrol" Ltd. and "Petrol".
CPC announced that violations are expressed in a prohibited agreement and implementation of a common pricing policy.
