Bulgarians are back on the market for vacation properties on the native Black Sea,
reported by the company Green Life Development & Resorts. In Sozopol were over 40% of Bulgarian buyers in 2016. Compared with 2014 and 2015 it is almost double growth.
And in Pomorie the proportion of Bulgarian buyers in 2016 was just over 30%.
Customers in Sozopol are generally young and middle-aged families with children. They buy property or for their own use or for rental. The complex customers of the company in Pomorie are older and buy only for their own use.
