The bonito, as it flooded the market of Bourgas, has suddenly disappeared in recent days.
Traders are guilty of bad weather. On the stands of the shops to the largest Bourgas market, Krasnodar has only black sea fish from Bulgaria. Its price is 8 Lev per kilogram.
Trout is also Bulgarian but is aquaculture. It is for sale for 10 Lev/ kilo.
There is mackerel from Norway – 7 Lev/ kilo, horse-radish from Greece – 5 Lev/ kg and shark from Spain – 9 Lev/ kg.
