Ivan Kostov: "Lukoil" manipulate fuel prices

According to an analysis of the Laboratory for risk management at the New Bulgarian University,

led by former Prime Minister Ivan Kostov, the main importer of fuels in Bulgaria - "Lukoil" has abused the price of petroleum products.

Scientists are adamant - there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the imported in Bulgaria crude variety "Ural" is measured at significantly higher prices than the stock.

The difference between the stock prices of both varieties was 2.41%, writes in the analysis.

Stock price to be added unrealistically high according the lab of Kostov and costs of transport and insurance. So, "Ural", which "Lukoil" buy out is 10.6% more expensive than if it had bought "Brent".
