Eng. Cyril Maleev from Varna, which holds four patents for inventions in the medical field,
make a unique donation to Second Division of General Surgery at the University Hospital of Bourgas. He provided completely free of charge acarters - tools that are used to expand the operative field.
"The donation is of great importance to us because it facilitates the work of surgeons in operations of the liver and pancreas, which have a high degree of complexity and are making in place only in Bourgas Hospital", said the head of the Second Division of General Surgery d-r Vasil Keranov.
"In 1989, I was chief power engineer in a big factory, but suffered in a car accident while traveling from Bourgas to Varna. I spent two months on extension in the department of orthopedics at Varna hospital and all the time I was thinking how I can be useful to doctors ", said Eng. Maleev.
