Long-awaited project of Bourgas hospital will be funded by the Ministry of Health. It is to build a new Department of Haematology (Blood Center).
1969 - The blood center is housed in the building of DCC-I (formerly First Polyclinic). Repair is not legal for more than 40 years.
The project, approved by the Ministry of Health, provides capital repair of existing building of Bourgas hospital (former children's wards) and accommodation of the blood center there.
Allocation of the Ministry of Health is 600,000 Lev. It will make the repair. The Ministry has already financed the new equipment for the blood center, worth 200 000 Lev, which is bought and used.
