Hysteria "hanging coffee" crossed Bulgaria in March 2013 and faded abruptly as it had come.
Then every second establishment or shop offers not only coffee, but also bread and other essential commodities. The scheme was such - someone pays several cafes /bread, pastries/ and take only one. Then people without money can benefit from already paid products.
This tradition is still alive in the small pavilion in Bourgas, crossing the streets Gurko and Tsar Simeon. In a special jar labeled "Share coffee," each customer can go cents from which to enjoy someone else.
