For two years the Ministry of Tourism brought the tourism sector in a governmental priority, and in 2016 was a record in the history of Bulgarian tourism, said Zivko Tabakov, chairman of the Standing Committee of Tourism at the Municipal Council in Bourgas and adviser to the former minister of tourism Nikolina Angelkova.
The Advisory Council of Tourism to the Mayor of Bourgas has adopted the annual program for municipal tourist promotion.
This year Bourgas Municipality will participate in two very prestigious international tourism fairs - one in Berlin and one in Moscow.
