We present the participants in Wine July Fest 2017, which will be held on June30th, July 1st and 2nd at the Flora Expo Center in Bourgas. At the wine festival you can taste healthy breads with the brand "Nena’s Bread" - by Nevena Ayvazova.
She was born in the small town of Rodopi - Nedelino. As a little girl she remembers how her mother has mixed yeast with leaven.
Now she has been experimenting with new recipes and has sold her own kind of bread for years.
"Nena's Bread" is her dream come true. On the one hand it rescues her from her work as a bank employee from 8.00 to 17.00. On the other hand, she is convinced that she gives her son the best, not buying the industrial bread.
