The scent of roasted sea fish and a whisper of sparkling wine can be found at St. Cyril and St. Methodius Square in Bourgas this weekend. On September 30 th and October 1st, the Fish and Wine Festival is back with a second edition.
Lovers of fish dishes will have a meeting with the boss Ivan Zvezdev, who will prepare a delicious fish soup on a recipe from the old Bulgarian cuisine.
In Bourgas we will see the winner of Season 3 of Mastersheff - Bozhana Katsarova, who will demonstrate her enormous culinary imagination.
During the two festival days, citizens of Bourgas will have the opportunity to taste wines from the wineries of recognized producers such as DiVes Estate, Stratsin, Tohun, Todoroff.
