Over 20% increase in real estate prices into account since last year. No increase at the moment and prices are stable, said Raina Mintcheva, owner of a real estate agency in Bourgas.
"For the buyers is difficult to accept the new real estate prices and transactions are happening a little harder, until negotiate the terms and achieve a negotiated price", explained Mintcheva.
