During the last Nesebar Municipal Council session, a decision was made to change the status of four parcels of agricultural land in the Kladere area of Emona village to non-agricultural, for the purpose of resort construction.
The parcels cover over 10,000sq.km and Nesebar Municipality will only allow buildings as high as 7m, as parts of it fall into Zone A.
