"Because of the rock swallows we could not use the old pipes, but we had to make the new route of the deep discharge",
said the Mayor of Nessebar Nikolay Dimitrov.
The mayor showed hundreds of holes in the rocks where the swallows nest. There are visible and open old pipes drains. Migratory birds arrive here in April and remain until the end of August. For many years they nest, incubate and raise their children in this place.
Along with keeping clean the beach, we take care and swallows, explained Mayor Dimitrov. On June 30th was put into operation deep discharge of Nessebar Municipality.
