4500 Lev is fine for the Swedish tourist Ralf Sundberg who kicked a Bulgarian maid in Sunny Beach in the beginning of the summer. The verdict was pronounced by the regional court in Nessebar.
For the unreasonable assault, Ralf Sundberg was arrested for more than a month, and subsequently placed under house arrest. Then he explained that he was drunk and did not remember anything of his actions.
The prosecution requested the heaviest punishment - a prison term of up to 3 years. Since Ralf Sundder has a purely judicial past, the court decides to impose a fine.
