Mummers and clowns take over Moscow

It’s a Largest Maslenitsa in Russian history includes about 200 festive events that will take place on the territory of nine reserves, natural and historic parks in the vicinity of Moscow.

Organizers expect more than 1 million visitors who will be able to eat pancakes with tea, make yourselfersdolls, participate in carnival ride horses and many interesting events that make the holiday in the Russian capital unforgetable. Russian mummers are not scary and are among the favorites of the children. Together with their parents, they can participate in traditional games: tug of war, cut the cabbage with a sword, dance with pancakes and throwing boots.
