According to Mayor Nikolov, the citizen's mistrust towards the results of the existing air measurements is a fact. That is why he fully supports the idea of municipal councilors for independent measurement.
"I am convinced of the responsibility of all local government officials, and I know that unnecessary fears and unjustified panic will not be created in people, so I think every research will raise our awareness and will contribute to greater objectivity on the topic about the air of Burgas ".
* The Burgas Mayor expects the municipal councilors to support him also in connection with several other proposals he has already been put to the MOSV and to the Ecology Commision, part of the National Assembly.
