Christina Kovacheva and Stella Dineva became winners in the Dutch competition "Green Bourgas".
Organized by the Dutch Embassy and the Union of Planners competition allow Bulgarian students to show their 'green' ideas. The competition winners were awarded at a special ceremony in Bourgas as their prize was presented personally by Ambassador of Netherlands Tom van Oorshot.
The girls won a trip to the Netherlands, where they can on the place to see such ideas. Besides a visit to the country of tulips, Christina and Stella can visit the studio of the chief government architect. Ranked second and third place will receive cash prizes as an incentive for good projects.
"We choose Bourgas because of the ambitious plans for sustainable development and systematic efforts to become a modern, comfortable and healthy to live in the city," said Tom van Oorhot.
