In connection with the summer season NVS organization has made to strengthen supervision and
inspection of food in the resorts as 4 teams checked daily 80 sites. This was announced by Minister of Agriculture and Food Desislava Taneva that visited Bourgas region.
There were 36 meetings with owners of hotels and restaurants in the area on the southern coast, which explains most common violations and instructed.
Taneva added that have been reported not only by tourists. The most common complaints and violation are expired shelf life of food products.
