Have been announced for sale 158 number of hotels on the southern Black sea coast,
according a check of burgasdream.com. Of these, 24 are in Ravda, 10 - in Nessebar, in Sunny Beach - 16, 19 - in Sveti Vlas, 25 - in Sozopol, 15 - in Kiten and any others in other resorts.
The most expensive of them is in Sunny Beach, with the price of 15 million EUR and gross floor area of 11,000 square meters. Its name has not been announced.
It is following two more anonymous hotels – in Nessebar - about 12.5 million EUR and in Sunny Beach - about 12 million EUR.
The fourth highest price is for aparthotel Martinez in Sozopol, which was declared for 11.9 million EUR. The building includes 130 apartments ranging from 30 to 230 square meters.
