Bulgaria hopes to restore tourist flow from Russia,
said Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova during the "round table" for tourism.
"The past season was very difficult, in the summer the tourist flow from Russia decreased by 28%, but now from the Russian tour operators we see that the interest in holidays in Bulgaria is as before high and we hope that in future the number of tourists to reach the level
in 2014, "said Angelkova.
The Minister stressed that the Bulgarian part shall take all measures for the activeness of the Russian tourist destination. In particular, it continues the work on visa facilitation, on the expansion of consular presence of Bulgaria in Russia and on simplification of the procedures for organizing charter flights.
