A green wall of cypresses will keep track of the Thrace motorway between Bourgas and Karnobat from winter snowfall.
The section of the highway Thrace was named the "summer highway" after that it remains buried under the snow every winter. The fencings against the snow that they have set for 4 years in December have not saved it.
A procedure has already been announced to build a green wall of trees on it. A 4-meter high evergreen cypress tree is planned to be planted in a stretch of 400 meters and they will form a thick belt.
