The Russians continue to be the main buyers of holiday properties on the Bulgarian sea, but more and more Bulgarians start to compete with them.
There is a decrease in the prices of luxury properties by about 10% in Nessebar and Pomorie and the increase of the interest in seasonal dwellings in Tsarevo.
The main sellers are the Russians, who have bought homes over the last couple of years.
The most demanding holiday homes are from 60 to 70 square meters for prices from 600 – 700 EUR per sq m.
