It sets a new boom in the construction of holiday resorts along the sea.
In just 12 days - from 12 to 24 March in Bourgas Regional Inspectorate issued three decisions for environmental assessment of building villa complexes.
The first is in the area surrounding Boruna, Tankovo, Nessebar municipality, where will be built 30 buildings.
The second is in the area Sokbunar, Kosharica, Nessebar Municipality. The complex consists of 16 villas and pool.
The latter is an object tourist village in Goljamo Bukovo, Sredets Municipality.
