Bulgaria and Turkey agreed to increase the number of permits. The breakthrough was achieved after eight-hour talks in Ankara.
The two sides have agreed to move towards full liberalization of licensing regimes, and to be written in a completely new agreement.
The current agreement is since 1977.
The new agreement should be ready by the end of March to end of April, to be signed and enter into force .
Since March 1th will start call center – in the both administrations in Bulgaria and Turkey. There will be a hot phone, which any driver with a problem at the border will be able to inform, to take timely measures.
