Surprisingly Bulgaria became the only first Eastern European country stuck in a representative survey of the most preferred place for buying real estate in British. Britons who plan to buy property abroad are more likely to turn to Spain, but not traditional to France, despite the problems about the financial crisis in Spain, said a new study of real estate Rightmove.
Bulgaria occupies the tenth place in the list of Britons emigrated and fifth in the ranking of real estate investments, ahead of countries like France, Italy and Greece. In the forecasts of future buyers or investors, however, Bulgaria is not included in the top ten .
