On the Book Fair in Frankfurt were announced the winners of the "2014 European Union Prize for Literature". Among the 13 best writers of Europe ordered Bulgarian Milen Ruskov. "Elevation" is a novel by which a 48-year-old man won the prestigious award.
Each winner receives € 5,000, but more important is that they can benefit from an additional international advertising. Their publishers will be encouraged to apply for funding from the EU to have a profitable books translated into other languages and onthis way they will reach new markets.
