November 24 th, Minister of Environment and Water Ivelina Vasileva inspected on the place three number of sites within the region of Bourgas, which are funded under the Operational Programme "Environment 2007- 2013".
At first she saw what stage is the work on building of a regional landfill Bratovo, which will serve the municipalities of Bourgas, Sredets, Kameno, Nesebar, Pomorie, Aitos, Ruen, Karnobat and Sungulrare.
Then she visited Pomorie, where it’s working on "Reconstruction and modernization of wastewater treatment plant effluent - Pomorie and the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the water network of the town Pomorie".
Finally, she checked the work on Integrated Water Project of Sozopol. The main objective of this project is to build a sustainable system for water and wastewater in Sozopol and Chernomorets.
