Ministry of Tourism has submitted a signal to the prosecution against the Mayor of Nessebar Nikolay Dimitrov for failure to deliver on his commitments.
It is illegal for temporary sites located in Sunny Beach resort.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of hoteliers Vesselin Nalbantov cites paragraph 22 and said that the municipality of Nessebar has state within a state.
"Here are created corrupt schemes that are obvious and with the naked eye," said Nalbantov.
Inspections of the resort "Sunny Beach" AD found any illegal over 700 retail outlets. Their full list many times sent to state authorities.
