Problems for the property market in the region of Bourgas are holiday properties - a segment that has been in serious stagnation for some years now. The reason is the withdrawal of buyers from Russia due to the collapse of the ruble and the tightening of the regime for export of capital from the country, the realtors say.
So, a serious secondary market has emerged for property owned by Russian citizens, who are now trying to get rid of them in order to return the money invested. Buyers, however, do not even have prices below those at which the properties were bought.
