The Commission forfeiture of criminal assets (KONPI) submit to the Bourgas Regional Court a claim for deprivation of property worth 1,255,089 Lev of Toshko Pachev. Pachev is accused of organizing of a "black lottery."
In December 2012, 11 number of footballers from '' A '' and '' B '' football groups involved in mediation in carrying out illegal betting were arrested during special operations of CDCOC in Bourgas. They were arrested two organizers of the network, too and one of them was the former footballer Toshko Panchev.
During the inspection the inspectors from KONPI found a gap between income and expenditure of Pachev over 1 million Lev.
