The idea behind the MARASCH Wine Cellar in Straldzha is to produce wines in limited series to be dedicated to wine-related restaurants, specialized stores and connoisseurs.
To achieve the highest quality, grape yields are controlled, harvesting and choosing are done manually.
Techniques are applied to preserve grapes and wine in order to maintain the fruiting nature and variety flavors.
The cellar has already 4 trademarks below which are presented its wines - MARASH, LENEA, QUATTRO, HEDERA.
