We present the participants in Wine July Fest 2017, which will be held on 30 June 30th, July 1st and 2nd at the Flora Expo Center in Bourgas.
Here you will be able to taste wines with the brand "Prisoe".
The family wine cellar "Prisoe" and its vineyards are located near the locality of Pobiti Kamani, not far from Varna.
The idea behind the cellar is to preserve the traditions and technologies that our ancestors have done wines and to follow the classical style of production. To achieve this goal the fermentation of the red grape pulp is carried out in oak nuts as the already finished wine ages in old 500 l oak barrels.
Compliance with this technology leads to the production of specific wines of their own nature, capable to impressing.
