Fine dining can be available to you addicted you to the culinary fantasy, if you trust the chef Ivaylo Dimitrov, his aides from the Professional School of Tourism "Ivan Vazov" in Sunny Beach and the perfect service in the restaurant of the hotel "Nessebar SOL Palace".

 Five kinds of wine in six stage menu of gourmet wine dinner with the name "Modern Bulgarian citchen" will be offered to the guests by the Vice President of the Association of Sommeliers in Bulgaria Michael Markowski. The culinary challenge was organized by the Professional School of Tourism "Ivan Vazov" in Sunny Beach together with the Bulgarian Association of Sommeliers and wine lovers, the Bulgarian Association of Bartenders and Bulgarian Chefs' Association, and the cost of the cover is 40 Lev. On April 29 the at 19:00 pm in the restaurant of the hotel "Nessebar SOL Palace", which is located between Ravda and Nessebar, will give meeting the refined taste and the tempting menu. Starter - duck liver parfait with crispy cookie with hints of roasted hazelnuts, aromatic film wild cherry, raspberry ragout and apple cubes marinated

Salad - Author reading of the popular Shepherd's salad complemented with crumbs of quinoa

Appetizer - A variation on fish stew of sea bass fillet with pickled vegetables on mousse of sweet potato and artichoke dip

Raspberry sorbet

Main Course - Trilogy vegetable creams accompanied with kavarma of pork fillet, water chestnuts flavored with brandy and cumin 

Cake of white brined cheese combined with garden cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet bean and raspberries ragout
