The project QualiRedFruits started aimed at strengthening the European position on the world market of raspberries.
Among European researchers working on the project is a team of Bulgarian Agrobioinstitute.
They have identified varieties of raspberries extremely high in antioxidants and a high level of resistance against diseases.
The result is a delicious fruit with strong health characteristics and natural resistance, and grown without use of pesticides, fungicides and fertilizers.
