French delights for connoisseurs

There is nothing more tempting than skillfully prepared French culinary pampering offered to folk prices. And of course the queen of the unique menu Winery Restaurant "Di Vine" - French duck.

 

Metropolitan restaurant offers yet another culinary challenge on January 18th, Saturday night against only 38 Lev. The evening of French ducks includes delicious specimens of the breed "MALLARD", organically grown in the village of Luben Karavelovo and fed by French style with corn only.

Menu that will satisfy the most discerning tastes includes

terrine of foie gras a la Provencal, salad with homemade smoked duck fillet, medallion of foie gras, sorbet lime and French champagne, roll of duck leg. Several types of desserts, including warm cake and dark chocolate and foie gras. And it abundantly sprinkled with superb French wines from the Languedoc region.
