EU leaders can discuss for the first time next week in detail the concrete measures that can be taken against Russia if the Ukraine 's elections are not free and fair.
The restrictions may affect the import of luxury goods and reach the ban on imports of oil and gas, Reuters reported.
Two-page document presents three scenarios under which the sanctions range from very strict in strict average and not very strict. According to the scenario for lighter sanctions the EU will impose restrictions on imports of Russian luxury goods, including diamonds, precious metals, leather, vodka and caviar.
